Cavenwell Group, a regulated fiduciary and fund services business, has launched Assetize, its institutional platform that aims to streamline both the management and creation of tokenised investment products.

According to the firm, Assetize is intended to offer sponsors and asset or fund managers a unified, regulatory-compliant path from product inception through to investor allocation, across any asset class, legal structure, and chain.

Cavenwell says the launch comes in response to the growing institutional interest in accelerating tokenised finance.

Assetize is intended to unify providers across legal structuring, administration, custody, transfer agency, and blockchain execution, consolidated into a coordinated infrastructure and governance framework.

Sponsor mandates are already in development, under confidentiality, spanning real assets, listed securities, fund strategies, and digital asset products, with Cavenwell anticipating several to come to market in the coming months.

Commenting on the launch, Andrew Horbury, CEO of Cavenwell Group and Founder of Assetize, says: “Whether the underlying is an aircraft, a portfolio of listed equities, a managed digital asset strategy, fund interests, a company’s shares, a structured product, or a single tokenised real-world asset, we can take it to market in weeks, in a compliant structure, with one team accountable from concept to capital.”
