BPX, a digital securities marketplace, is collaborating with Ownera, a provider of institutional tokenised assets infrastructure, to support greater interoperability across regulated digital asset markets.
BPX, through Ownera’s FinP2P application-orchestration infrastructure, will enhance interoperable transaction workflows across regulated digital asset environments.
The partnership will allow BPX to support the development of its integrated exchange, settlement, and custody platform for TradFi and tokenised securities.
According to BPX, the collaboration is indicative of its goal of helping institutional capital markets transition from “fragmented legacy infrastructure towards more connected, compliant, and scalable digital workflows”.
The firms say the combination of regulated marketplace infrastructure with interoperability-focused technology will help “build the foundations for the next phase of digital securities markets”.
