DLA Piper, a global law firm, has appointed Evgeny Gens as a senior associate, where he will be advising on derivatives, structured products, and digital assets.
Gens brings over a decade of financial legal experience to his new role.
He has previously worked for Barclays, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley, among others.
Prior to joining DLA Piper, Gens spent five years at Simmons & Simmons as a supervising associate, working on structured finance and derivatives.
He holds a graduate diploma in law from BPP Law School.
Speaking on his new position, Gens comments: “I'll be advising on derivatives, structured products, and digital assets, and I'm looking forward to working with a talented team and supporting clients across these dynamic and evolving markets.”
