Ownera has partnered with Utila to expand access to digital asset infrastructure solutions for financial institutions and enterprise clients.

The collaboration lets institutions seeking digital asset capabilities access a broader range of services, including custody operations, wallet infrastructure, tokenised asset interoperability, and blockchain applications.

Ownera will provide the interoperability and application layer through the FinP2P network and SuperApps Platform, allowing institutions to transact across multiple counterparties, digital asset networks, and market infrastructures.

Utila provides an institutional digital asset operations platform for banks, financial institutions, corporate treasuries, and fintechs to manage wallets, governance, treasury operations, and blockchain transactions at scale.

The firms will also explore ways to help clients leverage interoperable infrastructure and secure digital asset operations.

Ownera says the partnership is indicative of its wider strategy, providing greater access for institutions seeking connectivity across multiple networks and enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Speaking on the collaboration, Ami Ben-David, founder and CEO of Ownera, says: “As the global digital asset market continues to grow, institutions need infrastructure that is secure and interoperable, enabling them to trade seamlessly and at scale.

“Through our partnership with Utila, we look forward to expanding blockchain operations from siloed pilot use cases to institutional applications.”

Bentzi Rabi, co-founder and CEO of Utila, adds: “Through our partnership with Ownera, we aim to help clients access complementary connectivity and applications as they expand their digital asset activities, while retaining control over their assets and transactions.”
