Finloop, a wealth technology platform, is supporting the issuance of a tokenised note product that allows subscription, redemption, and interest payout in HKD At Par (HKDAP), Anchorpoint’s regulated Hong Kong dollar stablecoin.

The product is offered to professional investors and supported by two Finloop entities: Finloop Finance, a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission-regulated arm handling distribution and settlement, and Finloop Technology, its tokenisation agent and technology service provider.

Fosun International Asset Management serves as the investment adviser to the product issuer and will provide professional advice on investment strategy and asset allocation.

Finloop plans to continue collaborating with market partners to “advance real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation and the development of digital capital market infrastructure”.

The firm also intends to explore HKDAP-related opportunities and relevant wealth management products in institutional capital allocation, transaction payments, and collateral applications.

Speaking on the initiative, Cai Hua, CEO of Finloop, says: “Supporting HKDAP subscription for a tokenised note product is a key step in our effort to take RWA tokenisation and stablecoins into real commercial use.

“We aim to give eligible investors a more efficient and clearer path — along with an improved cash management experience — across core processes such as subscription, redemption, and receiving returns.”

Dominic Maffei, CEO and co-founder of Anchorpoint, adds: “The intrinsic value of tokenisation is not simply creating digital versions of traditional assets, but enabling those assets to operate within a fully digital financial ecosystem.

“We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Finloop to help regulated stablecoins better serve institutional cash and liquidity management needs, and support a wider range of real-world financial applications.”
