Exxe Group, a technology-enabled management and consulting platform, has launched its hybrid asset and infrastructure platform, intended to integrate liquidity unlocking from real-world assets (RWAs) with scalable infrastructure-as-a-service deployments.
The platform is said to operate through two monetisation engines: one that unlocks trapped equity from RWAs through refinancing, restructuring, advisory, and management services; the second redeploying capital into high-margin infrastructure.
A private networking company has agreed in principle to utilise Exxe’s Switzerland property, with the asset forming its first European infrastructure hub, in which it will host private connectivity, micro-data centre capacity, and managed AI services.
The Swiss asset is intended to demonstrate the revenue-generating potential, in addition to functioning as a template for additional infrastructure nodes.
Commenting on the launch, Dr Eduard Nazmiev, CEO of Exxe Group, says: “Our platform integrates real assets, digital infrastructure, and capital coordination into a single scalable model.”
Exxe hopes to replicate this model across further controller and partner-controlled assets, with the aim of creating a network of infrastructure hubs supporting enterprise connectivity and AI compute, in addition to managed digital services.
