N3XT — a B2B payments, blockchain-powered narrow bank — is collaborating with enterprise platform Fireblocks in a bid to enable users to manage and transfer US dollar payments within existing workflows.

The collaborative effort, embedding N3XT’s infrastructure on the Fireblocks platform, aims to eliminate the need for external banking portals or legacy payment systems.

Institutional N3XT clients will be able to manage their risk parameters and wallets, and will be able to embed US dollar-payment options within the Fireblocks platform, according to the companies.

Jeffrey Wallis, president and CEO of N3XT, believes that the integration brings “regulated US dollar banking into a platform institutions already trust and use,” in a bid to address businesses expecting “money to move with the same speed, programmability, and reliability as modern digital systems”.

Senior vice president of payments and network at Fireblocks, Ran Goldi, says the collaboration will be “giving customers a single, secure way to manage digital assets and fiat side by side”.
