Marketnode, an APAC digital market infrastructure company, and Victory Securities, a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission-licensed securities firm and virtual asset broker, have partnered to expand access to tokenised and TradFi products across APAC.
The collaboration intends to combine Marketnode’s tokenisation and distribution capacities with Victory Securities’ product range and established client base.
According to the firms, their combined distribution networks will lower the barriers to entry to previously hard-to-reach products, simultaneously expanding investor access.
Marketnode says its tokenisation capabilities will make products more efficient in both movement and settlement, giving a wider scope of investors greater accessibility to tokenised and TradFi offerings.
Commenting on the partnership, Rehan Ahmed, CEO of Marketnode, says: “This partnership broadens investor access across both tokenised and traditional products in Asia Pacific, connecting trusted infrastructure with regulated distribution to bring a wider range of products to investors.”
Kennix Chan, co-CEO of Victory Securities, adds: “By bringing our two ecosystems together, we will be opening new cross-border opportunities for our clients and helping to shape a more connected financial system in Asia.”
