Finloop and Marketnode join forces

Finloop Finance Technology Holding, an AI-driven wealth platform, has partnered with Marketnode, an APAC digital market infrastructure (DMI) operator.
The initiative aims to combine the fintech and real-world asset capabilities of Finloop with the DMI and tokenisation knowledge of Marketnode.
The firms will collaborate within the Hong Kong and Singapore markets across financial product access, asset tokenisation, and market insights, among others.
They will predominantly explore the expansion of cross-border product access — including credit, funds, and structured products — establishing tokenised asset connectivity, and strengthening market intelligence.
Commenting on the joint venture, Cai Hua, CEO of Finloop, says: “Marketnode's infrastructure capabilities and network will help us better serve institutional clients while accelerating the deployment of our technology solutions.”
Rehan Ahmed, CEO of Marketnode, believes that its partnership with Finloop will combine “product reach with trusted digital market infrastructure to give institutions expanded and more secure access to the next generation of financial products across Asia”.
