T7X unveils platform for onchain securities issuance

T7X, a digital asset infrastructure company, has unveiled T7X Equities, its platform for native onchain securities issuance and registered transfer agent services.
The firm says that, by integrating identity verification, anti-money laundering controls, and transfer restrictions into its blockchain architecture, its infrastructure will support compliant capital formation.
T7X equities is also designed to enable a broad distribution of securities, as broker-dealers can distribute it across full client networks, including accredited and non-accredited investors.
Commenting on the platform, Pablo Penaloza, CEO of T7X, says: “The technology infrastructure is in place, and the legislative framework is maturing.
“T7X is building the architecture intended to support the issuance of securities on-chain with the compliance required for broad distribution.”
