Securitize is integrating with ADI Chain, ADI Foundation’s institutional Layer-2 blockchain network on Ethereum, to expand the network’s institutional tokenisation capabilities and create new infrastructure to move regulated financial assets onchain.

ADI Chain will become a part of Securitize’s ecosystem, allowing eligible tokenised financial products issued through Securitize to leverage ADI Chain infrastructure, subject to the necessary regulatory, product, and jurisdictional requirements.

Securitize’s regulated end-to-end infrastructure — spanning the issuance, management, distribution, and trading of tokenised securities — will be available within the ADI offering.

According to ADI Foundation, the integration is an “important step in building the infrastructure required for financial institutions and asset managers to participate in the onchain economy through institutional-grade rails”.

Speaking on the initiative, Andrey Lazorenko, CEO of ADI Foundation, says: “Securitize has built one of the most important institutional bridges between traditional finance and the onchain economy.

“Bringing that infrastructure to ADI Chain is a major step towards our ambition of creating a network where real-world value can be issued, distributed, and settled seamlessly across global markets.”

Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize, adds that “integrating with UAE-based ADI Chain is an important first step toward building the distribution infrastructure” that will help “close the uneven access gap” between the global north and south relating to high-quality global financial products.

Domingo says that the UAE is “a natural hub for connecting investors” from the global south with “regulated financial products from around the world”.

ADI Chain reports that the integration will assist its growing tokenised asset ecosystem and broader ambition to become a “core infrastructure layer” connecting TradFi capital markets with the onchain economy.
