Omnia Exchange, an institutional liquidity and execution infrastructure layer developed by LMAX Group, has partnered with regulated payments platform Monavate.

Monavate, through Omnia, can now access LMAX’s institutional liquidity and execution infrastructure through a single API connectivity layer.

The firms say the combination of their payment, institutional digital asset liquidity, stablecoin, and fiat capabilities will lead to less complex, more efficient execution and settlement processes.

Commenting on the collaboration, Oscar Vickerman, head of strategic distribution at LMAX Group, says: “As businesses increasingly look to digital assets as part of payment and settlement workflows, access to deep liquidity, reliable execution and scalable infrastructure becomes increasingly important.”

Michael Rolph, CEO at Monavate, adds: “Payments are moving onchain, and the businesses that win will be the ones that can issue, move and settle money anywhere without touching legacy systems.”
