Apex Group welcomes Lumeste as senior virtual assets manager

Apex Group (Middle East) has appointed Kristiina Lumeste as its senior manager of virtual assets and digital asset solutions and as an Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) approved representative.
Lumeste brings over a decade of experience to the position, spanning virtual assets, fund management, and digital innovation.
Her remit encompasses regulatory strategy and approvals; asset management; product development and innovation; advisory, governance, risk, and compliance; and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier in her career, Lumeste founded Klumi Ventures, an ADGM-regulated digital assets venture capital firm and fund manager.
According to Apex, she will play a “key role” in expanding the firm’s digital asset and tokenisation infrastructure, Apex Digital 3.0, in the UAE, and support its broader market goals.
Lumeste holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from the Tallinn School of Economics.
