Ondo Finance, a tokenised real-world asset platform, has appointed John Hoffman as managing director, head of product portfolios, following his time at Grayscale Investments, where he served as managing director, head of distribution and partnerships.
Prior to his time at Grayscale, Hoffman spent almost two decades with Invesco — most recently as head of the Americas, exchange-traded funds and index strategies.
Ondo says the appointment of Hoffman is indicative of its underlying goal of building tokenisation infrastructure for onchain capital markets, launching and distributing tokenised portfolio products on said infrastructure.
Speaking on his appointment, Hoffman says: “I'm excited to join Ondo Finance and help build on the foundation it has created for onchain capital markets.
“The infrastructure is here, and the next generation of portfolio products will be built onchain.”
