The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Ondo Finance, a blockchain-based technology company, have announced the subsidiary of Ondo Finance, Oasis Pro Markets, joins DTCC’s Fund/SERV platform as a member.

Oasis Pro Markets is the first tokenisation platform to participate in the network which currently serves over 85 per cent of US mutual fund activity, reports the firms.

Further, the firms express the addition paves the way for Ondo tokenised funds to be distributed across the traditional fund ecosystem, advancing DTCC’s strategy to support tokenised assets and facilitate interoperability across traditional and digital finance ecosystems.

Talia Klein, managing director and head of Wealth & Investment Solutions, DTCC, comments: “As financial markets continue to evolve, interoperability between traditional infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems will be critical to achieving scale and broad market adoption.”

Klein adds: “Ondo’s participation in Fund/SERV demonstrated how established industry infrastructure can support the next phase of market evolution by connecting fund innovation with trusted standards, seamless scalability, operational resiliency, and industry connectivity.”

Ian De Bode, acting CEO and president, Ondo Finance, notes: “Through a single standardised connection, Ondo’s subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets can transact with fund companies, wealth platforms, and service providers without requiring separate integrations.

“A key piece of infrastructure is now in place for tokenised funds to scale to mainstream adoption.”
