BitGo Bank & Trust selected by Canton Strategic Holdings

BitGo Bank & Trust, BitGo’s digital asset bank, has been selected by Canton Strategic Holdings as the institutional-grade custodian for its Canton-focused digital asset treasury holdings.
Canton Strategic Holdings is designed to accelerate institutional utility and adoption of the Canton Network across capital markets, according to the firm.
BitGo’s bank will provide regulated custody and operational holdings, including cold storage and multi-signature wallet infrastructure, to support Canton Strategic Holdings’ digital asset treasury strategy.
Regarding the collaboration, Mark Wendland, chairman and CEO, Canton Strategic Holdings, states: “Our mandate is to advance institutional blockchain adoption to drive the digitisation of financial markets.”
Nathan Stump, managing director of ecosystem at BitGo, adds: “BitGo is built to support organisations seeking institutional-grade digital asset storage, backed by controls and security standards designed for regulated markets.”
