Impact Settlement Capital (ISC) — a provider of specialised financial, advisory, and investment solutions — has received regulatory approval from the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) as a licensed Financial Services Provider and Crypto Asset Service Provider.

ISC says the authorisations are indicative of its commitment to “operating at a global best practice and to the highest standard of governance, compliance, and institutional integrity”.

Its platform is predominantly focused on enabling efficient cross-border settlement, unlocking liquidity, and advancing the tokenisation of real-world assets for institutional and corporate clients.

In the midst of digital assets’ evolving regulatory clarity, ISC intends to support banks, asset managers, family offices, and corporates in navigating the market.

The firm says that it looks forward to “working alongside regulators, industry participants, and clients” to help shape the digital asset ecosystem.
