B2C2, a digital asset market maker, has partnered with Solidus Labs, a provider of crypto-native trade surveillance, to deploy the Solidus Labs HALO platform across its operations, including the UK, US, France, Luxembourg, Singapore, and the Cayman Islands.

HALO is said to be capable of multi-dimensional trade surveillance, able to simultaneously track behaviours across multiple assets, venues, and market signals.

It will assist the firm in detecting and reviewing potentially fraudulent and manipulative trading activity across digital assets markets, strengthening its overall surveillance framework.

B2C2 says the implementation of the platform stems from the market-wide institutional desire for increasingly robust governance, oversight, and market conduct standards.

Commenting on the partnership, Thomas Restout, CEO of B2C2, says: “Solidus Labs brings significant digital asset market expertise and specialised surveillance technology that we believe will further strengthen our market oversight capabilities globally.”

Asaf Meir, founder and CEO of Solidus Labs, adds: “B2C2’s adoption of HALO underscores a critical market shift: institutional leaders are moving towards Solidus as a platform that truly understands crypto-market structures.”

B2C2 says the partnership is indicative of its continued investment in compliance and market oversight capabilities globally.
