Securitize and Neuberger have launched their joint High Income Tokenised Fund (HINC).
HINC marks the first engagement by Neuberger as subadvisor to a tokenised fund.
According to the firms, HINC seeks to generate risk-adjusted returns by predominantly investing in high-yield bonds, collateralised loan obligations, leveraged loans, and other income-producing fixed income investments.
Securitize Capital serves as HINC's investment adviser, with Securitize Markets offering interests in the fund to eligible accredited investors and qualified purchasers.
Other Securitize subsidiaries will provide tokenisation, fund administration, and related operational services.
Neuberger will utilise its knowledge of fixed income portfolio management and strategy research for HINC.
Speaking on the collaboration, Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize, says: “Launching HINC across Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana and Sui gives eligible investors access through four leading blockchain networks, supported by Securitize's regulated, end-to-end tokenisation platform.”
Anil Abraham, head of product management at Neuberger, adds: “We are pleased to work with Securitize to extend our process-driven, actively managed approach to qualified investors looking to access fixed income strategies onchain.”
