FinTech firm ClearBid Global Markets (CBGM) has selected digital asset platform Archax as its partner, in a bid to expand the company’s cross-border digital bond trading and data platform into both the UK and EU.

Due to Archax’s status as a regulated digital asset exchange, broker, and custodian, based in the UK, EU, US, and UAE, CBGM intends to leverage its UK FCA regulatory approval to offer its digital bond pre-issuance, in addition to its trading and data platform, to clientele within the region.

Commenting on the partnership, Robert Novembre, founder and CEO of CBGM, believes it marks a “significant milestone for CBGM as we expand into the UK and advance our global mission to redefine capital markets”.

Chief revenue officer at Archax, Nick Donovan, says the company is “always on the lookout for potential partners who can leverage our regulatory stack and together expand our digital offerings in the space,” adding that the company is “excited to be working with ClearBid Global Markets”.

CBGM intends for its digital bond marketplace to address the current market's “lack of transparency,” which it says stems from manual, antiquated pricing processes.
