Ripple appoints Parfitt

Ripple, a provider of blockchain-based enterprise solutions, has appointed Tom Parfitt as a liquidity analyst, following a year-long stint at MAS Group as senior operations executive.

His duties will include focusing on liquidity management and supporting the growth of RLUSD, Ripple’s US dollar-pegged stablecoin.

Parfitt brings over five years of financial services sector experience, having previously spent time with Finalto and Bank of China.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and banking from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Commenting on his appointment, Parfitt says that he is “excited for the opportunities and challenges ahead and looking forward to learning from the talented team”.
