EDX Markets has integrated with Fireblocks Network Link, aiming to enable clients to move and manage assets across its venue and the broader digital assets market more efficiently.

The firms have reduced the requirement for separate accounts across individual venues, seeking to give institutions greater control of their digital assets.

Fireblocks clients can use existing workflows to transfer assets, allocate funds across accounts, rebalance liquidity, and connect directly with EDX.

Commenting on the integration, Tony Acuña-Rohter, CEO of EDX Markets, says: “Institutional adoption of digital assets requires infrastructure that can support the speed and efficiency standards sophisticated firms expect from global financial markets.

“Together with Fireblocks, we're reducing friction and giving market participants greater flexibility to deploy capital and act on market opportunities.”

EDX and Fireblocks say that their partnership reflects a “shared commitment to building more connected infrastructure” to reduce friction across trading, clearing, and asset management.
