BNY appoint Thwaites

BNY has appointed Toby Thwaites as director of product within the firm’s digital assets team.
Based in New York, Thwaites joins the firm following his time as head of product at Arda Global.
He has worked in digital assets since 2017, during which he was positioned at several firms, including ClearToken, Copper, and NYDIG.
Thwaites was educated at the Grenoble Ecole de Management, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, and international business, before receiving a master’s degree in political economy and political science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Commenting on his appointment, Thwaites shared he was excited “by the opportunity to execute and deliver solutions with a great team at BNY”.
